Spring: Awakenings (Temporis I)
Posted On August 8, 2021
Awaken, O Earth
Open your eyes.
It’s time to wake and time to be young again.
It’s time to bring forth beauty
And it’s time to sing.
It is time to dance with flowers in your hair
And time to love and be loved.
O Earth, forget the night.
Forget the cold, cold, cold night.
It’s gone.
Forget your trials
And your grieving.
Awaken, O Earth.
Open your eyes.
It is time to be young again.

Beautiful poem Abby! I love the simplicity of it.
